Billing & Purchases shows the next billing cycle and next usage cycle. The billing cycle controls charges and renewals; the usage cycle controls when member allocations and the shared minute pool reset. These dates can differ.
Team admins can make two kinds of purchases after the Team plan begins:
- Recurring purchase adds seats and live translation minutes to future billing cycles. A minutes-only add-on starts at 500 minutes and increases in increments of 100. Each additional seat requires at least 200 minutes.
- One-time purchase adds at least 500 minutes to the shared pool immediately. Those minutes remain available only until the next usage-cycle reset.

Cancel Team plan
Cancelling a Team plan schedules it to end after the current billing cycle. When it ends, members leave the team and move to the Free plan.
Before you buy
The terms that apply to every plan on this page. The authoritative text is the Terms of Use and the cancellation policy; this is a plain summary of the parts that decide what you pay.
Refunds
Subscriptions are non-refundable once purchased. The Terms of Use add the only exception: charges already paid are non-refundable except where required by law. The free plan is there so you can evaluate JotMe before paying, so try the thing you need on Free first.
Automatic renewal
Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel. Stripe states this at checkout, and it is section 12.2 of the Terms of Use.
Cancelling
Cancel your subscription or delete your account at any time, from the JotMe dashboard. You keep what you paid for until the end of the period already billed.
Changing plan
Upgrades are pro-rated and apply immediately. Downgrades take effect at the end of the paid period, are not pro-rated, and do not produce credit.
Annual billing
Annual plans save 50% and are charged in full as a single payment for the year, not spread across twelve months. Your allowances reset on your purchase anniversary, not on the first of the month.
