Join a multilingual chat
Join one invited JotMe conversation in your browser without creating an account.
Someone invites you by entering your email address. Open the invitation link, confirm that email, choose the language you want to read, and join the conversation as a guest. You do not need to create a JotMe account.
You can write in your language while every member reads messages in theirs. The original message remains available underneath the translation.

How the invitation works#
The owner enters your email
The chat owner invites the email address you already use. You do not need to register that address as a JotMe account.
Open the invitation link
Use the link in the invitation email. The email identifies which guest was invited and which conversation they may access.
Join as a guest
Confirm your email, enter the name shown in the conversation, and choose your reading language. JotMe opens that chat directly in the browser.
What you can access#
Your guest access is limited to the conversation you were invited to. It does not open the owner's workspace, recordings, or other chats.
Replies, reactions, threads, attachments, and translated files remain available in the invited conversation.
Who pays#
Translation is billed to the chat owner. You do not need a plan and do not spend your own minutes. If the owner runs out, JotMe asks them to upgrade rather than charging you. See Usage limits.
Live translation invitations#
A live translation invitation appears in the chat as a card with the browser link, join code, and setup steps in your display language. Open it to join the session. See Join live translation.
