Desktop app

The full JotMe: live translation, transcription, real-time summary, notes, recordings, file translation, multilingual chat, and Voice Keyboard.

The desktop app is the only surface that can capture the audio your computer plays, which is what makes it work with any meeting tool. Everything else in JotMe is built around what it records.

The plan pill sits near the bottom of the sidebar. Hover or focus Usage to see translation minutes, transcription minutes, AI credits, and chat tokens as you spend them.

Coming up connects Google Calendar and lists your next events. Start note-taking or live translation with the mode shown on the event, use the chevron to switch modes, or open the gear to configure that event first. Each event keeps its own live-session settings and its own reserved join link. See Calendar.

Your focus holds your operational context: goal, status, open items, your team. JotMe uses it to personalise AI translations and meeting notes, updates it automatically, and lets you edit it or switch auto-update off.
