Account and team management
Manage your profile, subscription, billing, and Team plan from the web app.
Open Account from the web navigation to manage the account shared by JotMe on the web, Desktop, and the Chrome extension.
Account#
The Account page includes your profile and user information, subscription and billing details, invoices, referrals, and support options. Deleting the account also starts here.
Your plan and usage belong to the account, so changes apply across the JotMe products where you sign in. See Usage limits for how each balance is spent.
Team#
Team plan admins also see Team in the web navigation. Use it to manage the team, members, seats, invitations, and minute allocations. Team members who are not admins do not receive those management controls.
