Multilingual chat

Continue the same multilingual chats, threads, and files as the desktop app from your browser.

The chat workspace runs in the browser exactly as it does in the desktop app: you write in your language, every member reads in theirs, and the original stays underneath.

Message this chat

Sign in at app.jotme.io and your chats, threads, attachments, and translated files are all there: the same conversations as desktop and mobile, because it is the same account.

Everything from the desktop chat applies: tabs and search, per-member reading language, conversation memory, threads, reactions, attachments, and in-chat translation of images, documents, audio, and video. See Multilingual chat.

Who pays#

Translation inside a chat is billed to the chat owner, which is what makes guest participation work: the person who opened the room carries the cost, and invited participants never need a plan. If the owner runs out, JotMe says so and asks them to upgrade rather than charging someone else. See Usage limits.

Live translation invitations in a thread#

An invitation posted into a chat renders as a card with the browser link, the join code, and setup steps: in each member's own display language. Guests can join the session straight from the thread. See Invite through JotMe Chat.

For the experience outside your workspace, see Join a multilingual chat.
