Recordings, notes, and transcripts

The web app is where you return to recordings after a meeting or event. Record with JotMe Desktop or the Chrome extension, then sign in at app.jotme.io with the same account to find the result.

Find a recording#

Home shows your recent recordings. Search the library or filter it to find the meeting or event you need, then open it to review the available:

• audio recording
• transcript
• AI meeting notes

The recording stays connected to the account that captured it, so you can move from Desktop or the extension to the browser without exporting and importing it again.

Work with the result#

Inside a recording, you can read the transcript and notes, play the audio when it is available, ask JotMe about the session, and use the available sharing tools.

If you already have an audio or video file, choose Transcribe file from the recordings area to add it to the same library. See Usage limits for recording access and transcription allowances.
