Generate a browser link for live captions or translated voice and send it directly or through JotMe Chat.
Use With URL when participants should join live translation in a browser. They do not need to install JotMe or create an account, and their usage runs on the host's minutes.

Choose the participant output
Select Caption or Voice and, when needed, limit participant languages. These shared choices are explained under Captions or voice.
Generate the link
Open Share Translation → With URL, then choose Generate link.
Send it
Copy the URL into a calendar invitation, email, or message, or choose Invite to JotMe group chat.
Start the meeting or event
Participants can open the link early and wait. Access and minute usage begin when the host starts the session.
Prepare the link before the meeting or event#
For a calendar event, JotMe ties the prepared link and code to that event. Reopening the event restores them instead of creating new ones. See Calendar.
For an ad-hoc session, the link belongs only to the session being prepared. It is not a reusable calendar reservation. Prepared invitations also expire.
Invite through JotMe Chat#
Choose Invite to JotMe group chat from With URL and select the people to invite. JotMe posts one invitation containing both browser and JotMe Desktop joining options. The multilingual conversation remains available before, during, and after the meeting or event.

What participants open#
The browser link asks for an email, the language spoken in the meeting or event, and the language the participant wants to read or hear.
