Start a quiz#
Choose a language and level
Select the language you want to learn. The five difficulty levels run from Beginner to Advanced; they are separate from your interface language.
Describe what you want to learn
Optionally enter a topic, such as sales calls, travel, or your next presentation. Leave it blank to practise without a specific request.
Start and answer
Choose Start quiz. Read the question and its choices, and answer before the countdown ends. Review the explanation and continue to the next question.
An incorrect answer or timeout lets you try again. Progress shows Correct answers and Accuracy. Each answer or timeout counts as a try, including retries.
Review quiz history#
Open Quiz history to revisit a generated quiz, review its questions, or choose Use saved quiz · Free to practise it again. Generating new quizzes and requesting AI explanations uses your chat-token allowance; reusing a saved quiz does not require generating a new set. Check the token balance in Learning before starting a new set.
Turn browsing time into learning breaks#
Under Quit social media, open Configure and choose the websites to track, the minutes between quizzes, and the questions per break. You can use the listed sites or add custom domains. Choose Save settings, then use Enable learning breaks to turn reminders on or off. Pause 5 min temporarily pauses them.
The timer counts active use of selected websites in supported browsers. Background tabs and idle time do not count. When your browsing allowance is used, the distracting tab closes and a quiz opens. Review your site list before enabling this behavior.
Desktop permissions
Browsing reminders require the installed macOS or Windows app and the permissions shown in Learning. On macOS, allow Accessibility and browser Automation access. On Windows, keep the browser address bar visible. Firefox and native social apps are not supported. Browsing activity stays on this device.
Leaderboard and profile#
Open Leaderboard to see standings and your next correct-answer milestone. You can join or edit your profile with a game name, country, learning language, and short bio. These profile fields and your score are public; your account name and email stay private.
